For those who prefer a more personal experience, we invite you to collect your order from our Hatton Garden showroom.

Once your item has passed our final quality checks, a member of our team will contact you to confirm it’s ready for collection. You’ll then be able to book a convenient time for a private appointment.

What to Expect:

  • Private appointments are available by booking only, ensuring you receive dedicated time and service.

  • Your jewellery will be carefully presented and ready for your final inspection before you take it home.

  • Our team will be on hand to answer any questions and provide any final adjustments or guidance you may need.

Every delivery includes:

  • Discreet Outer Packaging: To maintain security and privacy, all parcels are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of jewellery or Luvien.

  • Tracked & Signed Delivery: You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. A signature will be required upon delivery.

  • Full Insurance: Every parcel is fully insured throughout transit for your complete peace of mind.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • UK Orders: Typically arrive within 1 working day after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Timings vary depending on the destination. Our team will confirm expected delivery windows once your item is ready.
