Our Background

For many years, we’ve operated in the luxury watch industry through our sister company, Chronofinder, specialising in pre-owned Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Audemars Piguet. Working from Hatton Garden, London, we’ve spent years building relationships with clients who value expertise, discretion, and clear, informed advice.

Alongside watches, we’ve been sourcing and creating fine jewellery for private clients for many years - particularly engagement rings, diamond jewellery, and bespoke commissions. Much of this work was carried out through direct, one-to-one consultations with repeat clients and referrals.

Why We Created Luvien

As demand for jewellery grew, it became clear the experience needed its own dedicated platform.

Asking clients to navigate a watch-focused website to enquire about engagement rings or diamond jewellery was not an efficient or appropriate experience for such considered purchases.
